Welcome!

Introduction to our Blogs and Vlogs

We are clinical psychologists, trainers, therapists, mind body specialists and most importantly, learners. We are all about mindbody health, passionate about removing barriers to emotional well-being and promoting mind/body understanding.

Our blogs and vlogs are all about the interlinking of the personal and professional. Mindbody health is not separable into what I feel at work and what I feel at home... same body, same mind, same responses. Our learning as therapists, trainers and psychologists has always profoundly impacted on our personal life, our emotional capacity. And our learning as human beings, finding our way through the normal and unique experiences we all face, impacts our work as trainers, therapists and psychologists.

So our blogs and vlogs are naturally personal, but remain professional... linking our experience to the bigger picture and the emotihealth approach as well as the amazing work that others are sharing, often right here in our online or face-to-face courses.

Share your comments respectfully, we welcome constructive discussion and insightful challenge.

Mostly, we hope what we share somehow supports you on your own life long journey for your emotional health.

“Why can I not find the cause of my patient’s pain?”
This is a question I hear a great deal from Family Medicine Doctors. For many doctors with patients like these, it's hugely frustrating. Imagine, then, how you and your patients would feel if you could find a way to provide better outcomes for them.
